ARTIST DISTRIBUTION & CONTENT SUBMISSION AGREEMENT
Effective Date: 18th February 2026
This Agreement is entered into between:
Spotivik Digital (“Spotivik”, “Platform”), a registered business entity (BN 8405389) operating in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Artist/Creator (“You”).
1. Grant of Rights (Non-Exclusive)
1.1 You grant Spotivik a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, stream, and promote your content. You retain 100% ownership and copyright of your work.
2. Artist Warranties
You confirm that your content is original, does not use unauthorized samples, and does not infringe on any third-party copyrights. You are legally responsible for any claims arising from your content.
3. Monetization, Advertising & Verification
- 3.1 Ad Placement: Spotivik may display advertisements (including Google AdSense) on content pages to fund platform operations.
- 3.2 Security Verification: To access monetization features and protect the payout pool, Creators must complete a one-time Security Verification Pass. This fee is non-refundable and covers administrative KYC and anti-bot auditing.
- 3.3 Payout Eligibility: Earnings are based on "Real Views" and organic engagement. Spotivik reserves the right to withhold payouts for traffic generated by bots, click-farms, or any method violating Google Publisher Policies.
- 3.4 No Guarantee: Submission does not guarantee specific revenue. Earnings fluctuate based on advertiser demand and traffic quality.
4. Copyright (DMCA) & Takedowns
Spotivik respects intellectual property. To request content removal, contact legal@spotivik.com with proof of identity and the content URL. Repeat infringers will have their accounts and accumulated earnings permanently forfeited.
5. Content Standards
Prohibited: Hate speech, pornography, fraudulent schemes, or unauthorized copyrighted material. Spotivik is a "High-Trust Zone" and will remove any content that lowers platform safety.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be settled in Nigerian courts.
Acceptance
By submitting content to Spotivik, you check and confirm that:

[X] You understand that monetization is based on authentic engagement.
