1. Introduction
Welcome to Spotivik, a digital infrastructure platform operated by Spotivik Digital (BN 8405389). By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Spotivik provides tools for Nigerian creators to upload, share, and monetize music, articles, and videos.
2. Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to use Spotivik. By registering, you agree to provide accurate information. Spotivik reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide fraudulent or misleading data.
3. User Content & Intellectual Property
- Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of the content you upload.
- License: By uploading, you grant Spotivik a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and promote your work to facilitate monetization.
- Copyright: You must own the rights to all uploaded material. Infringement will result in immediate termination. Please see our Creator Agreement.
4. Verification Pass & Monetization
To ensure a bot-free environment and protect our payout pool, Spotivik implements the following:
- Security Verification Fee: Creators opting for monetization must complete a one-time Security Verification Pass. This fee is used for manual account auditing, KYC verification, and server resource allocation.
- Non-Refundable Policy: The activation fee is non-refundable as it covers immediate administrative and security costs.
- Real-Time Earnings: Monetization is based on "Real Views." Spotivik uses proprietary anti-fraud technology to filter out bot traffic. Only authentic, organic engagement qualifies for royalty payouts.
5. Prohibited Conduct & AdSense Compliance
Users must comply with Google AdSense Policies. Prohibited activities include:
- Using bots or automated scripts to artificially inflate views or clicks.
- Uploading hate speech, violent, or pornographic content.
- Engaging in deceptive marketing or "click-bait" to manipulate earnings.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
Spotivik is provided "as is." We are not liable for user-generated content or temporary platform downtime. You agree to indemnify Spotivik Digital against any claims arising from your breach of these terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nigeria.
