At Spotivik, we’re committed to supporting and rewarding original creators like musicians or writers who contribute valuable content to our platform. This policy outlines how payments are earned, processed, and distributed to eligible creators.

2. Eligibility for Earnings

To be eligible to earn from your content on Spotivik, you must:

• Have a verified Spotivik account

• Follow all community guidelines and terms and conditions

• Upload original content (music, articles, videos) that complies with copyright and AdSense rules

• Maintain an active account in good standing

3. Monetization Methods

Currently, Spotivik offers monetization through:

• Ad Revenue Sharing: Revenue from ads displayed alongside your content (when eligible).

• Promotional Campaigns or Sponsorships (when available).

• Future features like fan tips, subscriptions, or exclusive content may be introduced.

4. Payment Schedule

• Payments are made monthly, typically between the 1st and 10th of each month.

• A minimum payout threshold of ₦5,000 (or its equivalent in USD) must be reached before funds are released.

• If the threshold is not met, the balance rolls over to the next month.

5. Payment Methods

Spotivik currently supports the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (Nigeria only)

• PayPal (International)

• Other local or digital payment options may be added in the future.

6. Taxes and Reporting

• Creators are responsible for reporting and paying taxes in accordance with their local tax laws.

• Spotivik may request tax-related documentation or identification before issuing payments.

7. Withholding and Penalties

Spotivik reserves the right to:

• Withhold payment if content violates our terms or is flagged for fraud, copyright infringement, or policy violations.

• Reclaim funds if earnings were generated through manipulation (e.g., fake traffic or bots).

8. Account Termination and Unpaid Earnings

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation, unpaid earnings may be forfeited. If you close your account voluntarily, and you're eligible, you may request your balance to be paid out, subject to the payout threshold.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. We’ll notify you of significant changes via your registered email or platform alerts.
